Oberhauser Rocks

Description

Large family friendly sector with over 60 pitches. Ridge runs east and west and has a varying degree of forest cover so sun/ shade can be sought out as desired. Many routes in the UIAA V range (~5.6YDS)

Comprised of four distinct sub sectors:
-Oberhauser Wall: easy 2nd class scramble to rig top ropes, some harder climbs
-Oberhauser Grat: main wall, best to lead, some exposed scrambling can provide access 
-Jungfrau: cool tower feature with 20m long routes 
-Kallenfelser Wand: satellite ridge along farm fields 

Getting There

Hike in from grassy parking lot (mind the ticks) to the north east of rocks
