Description

This area is the first one encounter after leaving the Fundy Trail Parkway and heading south toward the bay/cliff edge. Generally exposed to the south but lots of hidden coves keep the routes protected from the sun for a large part of the day. As with most of the Bay of Fundy coastal climbing you must pay attention to the tides. At or near low tide everything is accessible. Two hours after low tide things start to get interesting as in you must climb out in order not to end up under water.

Getting There

Follow the path that angles right toward the cliff edge. Find the gully for Black Hawk Down and either rap in or downclimb to the beach.
