Description Suggest change

Curaçao is one of the Dutch Antilles "ABC" Islands (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao) that is located south of the Caribbean Sea. This beautiful island has amazing limestone rock formations plus incredible beaches. Climbing is possible all year round, although the breeze generally dies down in September, making this the one month that is not optimal. There are currently five developed climbing areas on the island with new sport routes continuously being put up. Traditional climbing is also possible.

Rock Climbing Curaçao is the local guide service that has the most up to date information and can help with logistics.

Getting There Suggest change

There are daily direct flights from Europe, North America and South America to Curaçao. Another possibility for folks from the US is to fly to Aruba and then take the short flight from Aruba to Curaçao. Bonaire is also a 20-minute flight from Curacao.

Once on the island, you'll likely want a car, although some crags can be reached by public transportation.
