Description
Pretty rotten rock, mostly scrambles, but the Icefall Couloir is totally worth it... about 1000'' of alpine ice... conditions will vary widely depending on time of climb
Getting There
From Marblemount, drive Highway 20 east for 45 miles. Turn right between mileposts 151 and 152 onto a road clearly signed for Easy Pass.
The trailhead can hold about ten cars, and facilities are available, including a self-issued Northwest Forest Pass. (https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/easy-pass)
From Easy Pass, to Mesahchie Col, descend into the Mesahchie Glacier, climb the Icefall Couloir... continue up on the E Ridge, or call it a day and descend
