Description

This sunny, seaside cliff is not to be missed. There are a dozen or so moderate routes (5b/5c [5.7/5.8]) on good rock that are right above the ocean. The cliff sits high enough above the water that the tides shouldn't matter.

The cliff gets morning sun (it goes into the shade about 1230pm in late November) and (as of 12-2018) has good glue-in bolts and anchors. A 60m rope and a dozen quickdraws should work for most of the routes here.

See https://www.falesia.it/en/sector/1567/punta-campanella-sorrento-massa-lubrense/tempio-minerva.html#set_vies for more info.

Getting There

Once you come out the bottom of the narrow approach gully, this will be the cliff on your right. A wee bit of scrambling and a couple hand lines will get you from the base of the approach gully to the base of the climbs.
