Description
The Cioch is a great high-elevation crag with outstanding views overlooking the village of Aguerd Ouzrou, as well as the western portion of the Samazar including Aylim. The rock is generally good and there are several good climbs in the VS-E1 range.
Getting There
Take the Samazar road until you reach the turnoff just before the Flatiron. Take a right turn and pass over the small bridge and past the school house. Follow the dirt road up the valley and eventually you will see a bastion of good quality rock on the right just before a col that drops down hairpins to Augerd. Park at the intersection and walk 5 minutes to the base of the wall.
