(a) West Wall

Washington > Central-W Casca… > Snoqualmie Pass… > Keechelus Ridge

Description

The first crag in this area, it starts off short and gets gradually taller. There are 8 routes in the book featuring a 5.4 trad, 2 x 5.6 and 7s, an 8, 9 and 10a sports. Great range.

Getting There

From the parking area, cross the road and hike up the spur road for about 15 minutes until you get to a wide flat area with a great view. There is a small trail leading into the forest: hike this trail for another 10 minutes until the scenery becomes rocky--keep following the rocks downhill for a minute, then through the forest for a few more minutes until you come to the top of West Wall.
