Description
This page is dedicated to the bouldering around Palisades State Park. Palisades is a great spot for bouldering, climbing and hiking. Expect mosquitos in the spring/ summer months due to Split Creeks proximity to a lot of the climbing. East side cliff sees shad almost all day and has good tree cover. The West side of the river tends to see sun most of the day and can get hot at times in the heat of the day during summer. Bouldering on the stone here can be interesting in its own. Incuts and crimps are the main holds with sharp holds at times and slick feet.
