Description

There are several established boulders in this area ranging from V1 to V4/5. Trump Boulders have nearby shade, but much of the boulder receives partial sunlight throughout the day. The ground at the base of the boulder is a bit rocky and uneven, so consider bringing extra pads and / or a good spotter.

Getting There

Leaving from the climbers lot on the south side of the state park, walk north on the paved bike path for about a mile until you are a couple hundred feet from where the path turns 90 degrees to the east (right). On your left you should see a small brown park sign that says "Mini Fortress Area" with a number "4" on it. From here, hike straight up to the cliff. There is no designated path so tread lightly. On your right should be the Trump Boulders. For those who enjoy nature, you can also approach the Trump boulders through the forest along the cliff line, though there is no established path and the area is commonly overgrown in the summer.
