Small pillar immediately next to and below Incinerator.

Getting There

Same as for Incinerator. Once at Incinerator's base, take the short ~30 ft scramble down the channel between Incinerator and Matchstick, crawling under a boulder cave and hoping across to the large flat platform at Matchstick's base.
