Description

The Massif is a west-facing buttress in a narrow-ish canyon with a few sport/mixed/trad. routes from 30 to 60 ft. There are currently five established routes with top chains on the wall.

Beware: It is difficult to incredibly sketchy to set up TRs from above on this wall. Catheads is the only route that can (currently) be set up as a TR from above.

Getting There

Behind Camp Spot 77 at the north end of the campground there is an old, blocked (bouldered) road bed; follow this obvious road straight/north for 10 minutes until you see a small cairn and the "tall" Massif wall on your right. Follow a faint trail to the base of the crag.
