Description

Glak’s Place is a great place to get away from heavy wind and climb some short, fun sport routes off the Seward Highway. The first two routes were put up by Ilya Shestakov and Chelsea Jane as both their first lead and first FA after many hours of cleaning. (According to the Alaska Rock Climbing Guide, 3rd edition, by Kelsey Gray)

Getting There

Glak’s Place and Tree Fort Crag are further from the road then most of the Sunshine Ridge climbs and are located just off the descent trail, mile 110.1 of the Seward Highway. (According to the Alaska Rock Climbing Guide, 3rd edition, by Kelsey Gray)
