Description Suggest change

At the first crag encountered on the approach, the trail passes through two fins that form a "gate" to Mortal Earth. On the left hand fin, there are 2 new routes on the right side of the east face. Gateway Rock is steep and at about 80 feet, it is taller than it looks.

Getting There Suggest change

Take the left fork of the approach trail and Gateway Rock is at the first switch back.  Less than 10 minutes from the main parking.  See the trail map.

The developed crags of Mortal Earth are visible from the parking, see the beta picture.

For another perspective, check out the aerial overview for trail and crag location.
