Description

This is a large flat boulder lying near the top of the talus covered hill in The Amazon. The most prominent line revolves around an aesthetic 65-degree overhanging lowball-arete on the South-East face, which hosts some of the steepest and most powerful moves in the Park. Apart from this burly project, there are a few more problems found on this boulder. Although the problems are short, they are powerful and fun, nonetheless.

Getting There

After entering The Amazon by passing The Moonstone, head South past the Schistomatics Boulder before veering right to hike up the hill past a few large boulders. Hike about fifty yards or so up the hill until you can see a pale-grey coloured boulder peeking above a few smaller boulders. Hike around the smaller boulders and you will discover that this boulder has one of the steepest roofs in Clough State Park, although it is short and only a few feet off the ground. This is the Seismic Boulder.
