Description

Hike up the three rivers trail towards the White Mountain Wilderness. Several large boulders provide quality climbing. The further you go, the more climbable features you will encounter. More adventurous than other bouldering areas in the state.

This area has been developed by several Socorro area climbers in decades past. The beta on routes needs to be reacquired. If anyone has topos, images, or route names (including corrections), please upload or pass on to Andrew Ellis for adding to MP.

Getting There

~19 miles North of Tularosa on US 54, take a turn east onto Forest Road 579 towards the Three Rivers Campground. Park at the trail head and hike in. Longer hike with many creek crossings and downed trees, so plan accordingly with food and water.
