This crag is south facing, and thus will get a lot of sun which can be a blessing in the winter but a burden in the summer. You'll find routes from 4c to 8a+ here. Most of the routes had names and grades painted at the base at some point, though some have worn off. 

If you plan to visit more of Portugal's climbing check Carlos Simes - Versante Sud - guidebook for most of the portuguese crags. If you're staying near Lisbon there's a more recent guide book (2020) by Rui Rosado. Both of this guides can be bought at portuguese outdoor stores or at climbing gyms.

Most routes are relatively short (~20m) and well protected.

Getting There Suggest change

You'll access the crag via a set of stairs just west of the lighthouse. There will be an overlook from above where you can look over and see the climbing wall. The approach is
