Description
This is a very exposed boulder located in the middle of the main river. It is somewhat difficult to get to the problems on the overhanging face of the boulder, but the setting and location is great! This boulder hosts a variety of problems, the most popular being "Hippie Culture", a V9 right to left low-ball traverse on pocket crimps and a fun throw to a smooth bucket. To the right of this agressive crimp climb there are a few more inspiring and proud lines.
One of the more proud lines is known as "White Noise".

Getting There
About a 10 minute hike, this boulder is located almost directly downhill from the Vapor Lock Cave.
Hike down the main trail until you come upon some old rock walls built over a hundred years ago. You should be able to look to your left and see a steep hill leading down to the river, where a huge boulder lies. Walk to the end of the steep hill following the main trail until you find a faint trail leading down into the riverbed. Once down the hill, figure out which way you'd like to cross to get to the opposite side of the boulder. The right side of the boulder seems to be the easiest way back from the other side, but perhaps the left is easier to get there in the first place. You will want someone to hand your pads and gear up to you, or else it may get lost in the churning waters.
