The Lewis guide mentions 2 routes, Cowabunga Baby, 8, which I think is 'Good Intentions" described here and Hang Ten, 10b. These appear to be the far left and far right route, respectively. There are now two additional routes between these two. I've not climbed them, so I have no additional info. May 16, 2018
Thanks for trying to help Eric but this route is definitely on the far left end, newer than Cowabunga and much shorter. I have climbed Cowabunga Baby - it's in the same slot/corridor farther up. Miles Moser told me about this route and said he routinely downclimbs near it when he's out free soloing. I also reported the route to Marty Lewis since he is working on a new edition of the guidebook. We are headed to the Hills in a few weeks so I will go check out the additional route you mentioned. I saw another potential line to the right of Good Intentions that looked fun and on better rock - still well left of Cowabunga Baby. Sep 22, 2018
Just a follow up on this area - I was there this past week (10-1 to 10-5-18) and walked back up the corridor to check it out (based on Eric's comment above). There are no additional routes between Good Intentions and Cowabunga Baby but I talked to Forrest and he said there are some new routes (5.10's) on a higher level if you go all the way up the corridor (I didn't go up there). We did encounter a baby rattler at the entrance to the corridor - surprisingly the first we've seen at the Hills. . Oct 6, 2018
