Description Suggest change

Just to the north of the small town of Srbsko, near Beroun, is a line of cliff along the river Berounka. There are several crags here with hundreds of routes ranging in difficulty from 5.2 to 5.13. The rock is hard and compact limestone, and is good quality. The first rock you reach is all West-facing and therefore gets sun in the afternoon. Further back, you reach south-facing crags which provide good climbing conditions for up to 3 of the 4 seasons. Climbing in the summer here can be tricky, as the routes require a bit of friction and finesse. Route heights don't exceed 35m.

Getting There Suggest change

Locate Srbsko near Beroun on your GPS and drive there. Alternatively, you could take a train to Srbsko and have a minimal addition to the approach time. Park near the bridge and walk north along the East bank of the river, passing a campground. Follow this path towards the visible crags to reach your destination.
One exception is the approach to Kavci lom, which is located on the other side of the river. Please see that sub-areas description for approach details.
The GPS coordinates given in the map are for the parking we used.
