Description

Numerous seaside cliffs dot the shoreline of the southern coast of the Setubal peninsula, generally centered around the town of Sesimbra. In general they feature single-pitch height, overhanging orange-gray limestone with excellent rock. They stretch from the beachside cliffs of Fenda in the east (above the Portino da Arrabida beach) to Meio Mango in the west (near Cabo Espichel).

Getting There

Drive south from Lisbon roughly 45-60 minutes to the southern coast of the Setubal peninsula (across the Tagus from Lisbon), depending on the area.
