Description
Exfoliation Dome is a granite mountain. "With no simple route up or down".
Some guy named Beckey did the first ascent back in the '70s by way of the northeast face, a face with a reputation of being dirty, bushy, and covered in lichen. Mr. Beckey pronounced the Dome “quite possibly the most difficult 4,000 foot peak in the State of Washington” and he is probably right. Though the west face, called Blueberry Hill, is less steep and less vegetated than Witch Doctor Wall where Mr. Beckey went.
-Matt Perkins
There are two main faces:
Blueberry Hill is the West Face
Witch Doctor Wall is the East Face

Getting There
From Darrington, head south and turn on FS 2060 aka Frog Creek Road. Head down 2060 for roughly five miles, and take the left fork. 1/2 mile after the fork is a small pullout used to access Witch Doctor Wall. Continuing further, you will cross a washout or two, at the second one, there is parking to access Blueberry Hill, via the Granite Sidewalk.
