Description

This is a easy to access bouldering area just above the Old Town. The rock is gneiss and schist. Most of it is really good quality. Some of it is not.
The boulders are located in a riverbed and the forest adjacent to it. Most of the area has shade throughout the day but there are also areas with no tree cover that dry fast after rain. Moss regrows fast after a rainy season (summer) and copper wire brushes are useful.
There are currently more than 200 boulder problems in Daliwood (around 300 if you count sit starts and variations as individual problems)

Getting There

≈15 minute walk from the Old Town to the first boulders. Follow trails heading up the mountain to access hundreds more problems. The upper sectors are beautiful and secluded with clean cascading waterfalls beside you as you climb.
