Rocks, lots of em. Sunny mostly some shade. Swimming holes, beachfront boulders (VB-V8/9+) and Swallow Rock (5.9-5.12 :)

Dos Rios - roughly halfway from US101 to Covelo on CA162/Covelo Rd.

[Hide Comment] Bay Area Choss, I climbed with the locals there, they were all super super friendly. They even have a Facebook page to keep in touch with climbers passing through so they can have more partners. I really, really would not be concerned with access any more than any other public property. Yes, if people are complete ass-hats then issues could arise, but no more than literally anywhere else.
