Description Suggest change

There are only a few boulders at Burge, but they offer some fun climbing - listed here west to east;

1) - Fence-line Boulders - two boulders off to the left of the approach trail after passing The Jungle Gym

2) - Trailside Boulder - the small boulder to the right of the trail at the base of the hill between the fence-line and main boulder areas.

3) - Main Boulder (aka The Pebble) - large with potential challenging routes on all 4 sides. Has been climbed at least by a couple of routes, but there are probably a dozen lines up the thing (so far none are recorded here).

4) - Talus Boulder - The long low boulder at the base of the talus slope (below Middle Earth - due east of the Main Boulder) with a nice south face.

5) - Eastern Boulder - smaller boulder to the SE of the main boulder with the overhanging east face.

6) - Far East Boulder - small boulder with overhanging east face about 100' east (further up the trail) of the 'Eastern Boulder'.

Getting There Suggest change

Follow the main trail in from the west end parking along N Siwash Rd to wards the Green Wall area. There are a couple of boulders along the fence line just before you get to Green Wall and then a couple more near the base of Green Wall.
