Description

The Dolomite Band is a nice little bouldering area that offers some short problems and traverses. The approach is short, the landings are mostly flat, and the pockets are pretty friendly. It's a great place to spend a few hours at the end of the day. Check out David Lloyd's bouldering guide for more problems and information.

Getting There

Drive up Highway 131 towards Sinks Canyon. As soon as you enter the canyon, part at the first lot on the right side of the road at the base of the sandstone buttress. Follow the trail up for ~5 minutes to the rock band at the top of the rock band.
