Permits can be acquired at the ranger station on the way to the boulders from the upper Tramway station.

Description

This is the first boulder encountered on the left side of gully when approaching from Shangri-La.

Getting There

From Shangri-La, walk left past The Cube following the wash up into the entrance of the Year of the Cat Gully. This is the first obvious boulder on the left side of the wash.
