Getting weather forecast...
DescriptionThis is a reallllyyy great area for bouldering and trad! We only found one partially bolted sport route, no top anchor.
Parking: at the campground lot just before you get to the ocean. 40.2699, 141.8144
If you're looking at the ocean from the parking lot, all of the routes are to the LEFT (north). Trek down to the rocks, hang a left and keep your eye out for chalk marks.
The GPS coordinates at the top of the page are for a small shack containing a spotlight. When you see this shack, all of the routes are north. The rock is mostly granite.
This is definitely primarily bouldering but if you bring trad gear, you could definitely get some really great Top routes out here.
Watch out for high tide! Details
Getting ThereParking: at the campground lot just before you get to the ocean. 40.2699, 141.8144
You can either walk through the campground to the first small trail towards the cliffs or you can continue down the road to the ocean. Either way you will have to scramble through the rocks to get to the bouldering areas. Watch out for high tide and Tsunami's.
