Access Issue: Display Discover Pass, do not block gates, and park off the road
Details
DNR wants to pass on a friendly reminder to display your Discover Pass, not block any gates, and park well off the road to prevent getting ticketed or towed. Access Fund and Washington Climbers Coalition continue to partner with DNR on stewardship and management of the Gold Bar Boulders and their access sites. Learn more about getting outdoors on DNR-managed lands on our website: dnr.wa.gov/go
Description
A group of three high quality boulders on the trail between Fraggle Rock and the warm-up area. The huge boulder featuring The Layback (V1) & Tall Cool White One (V2) is unmistakable. There are also a few good warm ups and other moderates, it's worth a stop.
Getting There
Take the small trail as for Fraggle Rock but continue up the hill. You will soon pass a large boulder on your right with two problems up the front face. Shorty after, a right fork will bring you to the Que Luna boulders. If approaching from above, you will very soon see these boulders on the left.
