Description
This is an area with the biggest concentration of boulders. They are all granite boulders with pretty clear landings. Beautiful area to climb at sunset. Very quiet and secluded. Please don't leave trash and lets try to keep this area beautiful.
Getting There
You can see these boulders from the parking lot. There are lots of trails that can take you there but the one with the least amount of bush wacking is as follows:
Head up the main trailhead about 40 yards and the trail will take a sharp left turn, don't take that turn but go right through a lightly trafficked trail and follow a drainage to the east. You will have to scramble over and under a few pipes. Take this drainage about 50 yards or so until there is a light trail to your left. Follow that trail as it winds around the hill and is a little more open. You will see a pipe that leads up the mountain, that will take you to your first boulder ( Bullwinkle Boulder) and from there you just continue up the mountain to the other boulders.
