Dry Creek
Utah
> Wasatch Range
> Southern Wasatch
Description
Dry Creek is located just outside the Alpine, Ut. city limits. This area is most popular for hiking trails going to Horsetail Falls. It is made up of a handful of granite boulders. This area was developed in the early 2000's by Andy Knight. He contacted me and informed me that it had been developed. I haven't been able to find any other information on the area. I don't want to step on anyone's toes and the work that they've already put in.
I claimed a few first ascents on the ones that had more loose rock and vegetation on them. Please let me know of any discrepancies in what I've posted or any other information on the area. I posted this area as a service to other climbers so they know where to go and what to climb.
Getting There
Go to Deer Creek/Dry Creek/ North Mountain trail. Located just outside of Alpine Ut, past the rodeo grounds. Look at the map, it's very straight forward, there are very trafficked and well used paved roads to this trailhead. Park in the parking lot and follow the directions to the specific areas as follows.
