Mostly bouldering, with some sport climbing routes

Getting There

Las 300 is approximately 70 km from Panama City, so you could go for the day without the need to stay over. After passing the little village of El Espavé, you will see an enormous rock face and former quarry called ‘Cantera El Tigre’. Just about this point there is a return that you must take in order to reach a little road to the right (direction Panama City) that you will take you to the ‘Ornaments Shop’, where you can find a place for parking. The use of a GPS device is recommended. On Google Maps, you could enter ‘Cantera del Tigre’ or ‘Espavé’ as destinations.
