DescriptionThe Tourist wall is the longest continuous stretch of climbing at Little River Canyon. It provides something for everyone, including giant roofs and technical face climbs.
Because of the length of this cliff line, it is generally divided into different areas for ease of navigability. They are, in order:
Additionally, some people include Jungle Gym/Gray Wall as a Tourist Wall area. Because of its distance from the primary Tourist Wall entrances, position along a side canyon, and own parking lot, this guide treats it as a separate area. In spite of this, you can walk about 100 yards past Masquerade area and arrive at the far end of Gray Wall.
Getting ThereFor Rocktoberfest/Crazy House: Drive 4.1 miles down the canyon and park at a gravel lot on your left. This is one of the most dog-friendly approaches in the canyon. Follow a trail down a series of ramps and you will arrive at Rocktoberfest.
For Toomsuba/Masquerade: Drive 4.4 miles down the canyon and park at a lot on your left. This approach is more of a scramble than the one above.
