Description

The highest concentration of hard routes and the crown jewel of Amatitlan. Its the highest place in amatitlan so the views are breathtaking and clear. 12 Routes ranging from 5.10a to a possible 5.13, it is definitely worth the scramble to climb in this area.

Getting There

Right after you get to Entropia on Sector 3 there will be a cave/chimney to your right. You will go in and climb your way up until you come out of the chimney. This will be the belay spot for Presa Virtual. To get to the rest of the area you will keep walking up around a big rock until you get to a 15 ft slab wall where there are clear bolts sticking out so you can get up. Once you go up the first route you will encounter will be Corazon Negro.

To get down you can down climb the bolts and down the chimney. The other option is to rappel down using two "U" bolts placed directly under Irma Dolores. You will rappel down to a platform where the top of Raton Vaquero sits (Sector 2) from there you can scramble down or if you have a 70 meter rope you can rappel all the way down to the base of Raton Vaquero.
