Routes in Sage Glass Boulder

Description

Sage Glass is a large roadside boulder with a featured, slightly overhung east face. The rock quality is poor at the center of the east face but is solid throughout its remainder. The landings that line the problems are perfect.

I cleaned up the majority of broken glass tossed at the boulder from passing cars, but it would be wise to check your route beforehand.

Any ascent requires a downclimb of the west or south-facing slabs.

Getting There

Use a small pullout a short distance south of the main Pebbleton parking area. From the pullout, walk twenty yards north, and the boulder can be found alongside the highway. Reference the page map for its exact location.
