Description

The woods to the northeast of Hawkes Pond is chockful of boulders and small cliffs. Around 20 or 30 blocks or crags can be found here.

Getting There

Access this from Winchester Drive. Maintain a low profile.

An old fire road, accessible from Salem Street, leads more directly to the power lines and the Jackhammer boulder. All parking is on residential streets except for a nearby 99 Restaurant.
