Ruzgarli Bahce is the last area in the Kulluin section. In my opinion, this area has the highest quality rock, and best vertical face climbs. The right side gets afternoon shade, and the left side gets afternoon sun. As for organization, both the left and right side of Ruzgarli can be added here.

From the main road, head down the dirt road above the alabalik like you are going to one of the caves in Kulluin. You will be facing the right side Ruzgarli while you walk down the dirt road. At the end of the dirt road, past the kulluin teras, cross the rocky outcropping to get to the wall. There is no real trail, but there is no bush wacking necessary. The wall you first come to is the right side, and the left side can be reached by walking around the base of the wall past the arete. Worthy of a visit or two.
