Description

A sandstone boulder facing the big field, the main feature is al deep horizontal crack.

Getting There

There are two ways to approach the Cherrystone and Yo-Yo boulders.  From the Black and Blue area, continue walking in the direction of the water, towards the big field, and the Cherrystone and Yo-Yo boulders will be in between the Black and Blue area and the pathway in that field. It is maybe 2 minutes from the Black and Blue area to these boulders  The other approach comes from the parking lot in the big field.  Drive past the main lot on Rocky Point ave, past the Bottom Line bar on Palmer Ave, turn back on to Rocky Point Ave and park in the lot that overlooks the field.  From here walk down the path in the field that hugs the woods for maybe 2-3 minutes. The Cherrystone and Yo-Yo boulders will be off the path to the right about 20-30' into the woods, visible from the path.
