Description

Bearhug Boulder is an okay boulder right off the main trail past the amphitheater. It gets hot in the summer, like most of Riggs' Hill, but is an option if you're looking to get outside.

Getting There

Hike up the main trail leaving the parking area that passes through the amphitheater with the wooden benches. When you get about 100 yards up the trail, there is a smaller trail that branches off the main trail and heads back down and around the west side of Riggs' Hill. The boulder sits right where that smaller trail branches off.
