Description
An impressive peak in the Selkirks that offers a handful of multipitch rock routes to its summit.
Getting There
There are several approaches. We took Pack River road nearly to its end and hiked up to Harrison Lake. Once at the Lake, Harrison Peak is plainly in view. From here, travel cross-country and ascend the talus field. Cairns mark a path up the talus to some 3rd and 4th class slabs which bring you to the base of the South Face Standard route below the obvious swath of clean, white rock.
