Access Issue: Boulders are on private property Details

Description

This is a medium-sized erratic with a few easy highballs and one overhung face.

Getting There

Cross the dam and bridge. Follow a trail along the east side of Spring Pond for about 1/4 mile until the path crosses a rock wall. Turn to your left, and follow the wall uphill. There are three boulders along the right (southeast) side of the wall over the next 1/4 mile. The first is First Boulder. The third is Lookout Rock. There are no real paths heading to these boulders, so prepare for some bushwhacking through thorns. The wall is a good guide.
