A proposed development was withdrawn in 2011 due to a lawsuit filed by the City of Lynn. The project was approved by the City of Salem. It will likely transform into another development project. A handful of quality boulders are threatened by this development. SNECC has reached out to the Friends of Spring Ponds Woods to get an update and to figure out ways we can partner to help the conservation effort.
