Description

This scenic waterfall (reportedly the highest in New Hampshire) has long been known as an ice climb. There are at least two rock climbs here. It's best to wait for dry weather to rock climb here.

Getting There

At the south end of Crawford Notch State Park is a short spur road that leads to parking for Arethusa Falls and Frankenstein Cliffs. From the parking lot, follow the signed trail to Arethusa Falls.
