Description Suggest change

Easternly facing slope, more protected from the westernly winds predominant in Bodø area. Ice quality can be good pretty late in the season due to being in the shade. Thick, solid ice and varied climbing depending on where in the waterfall you climb.

Getting There Suggest change

Park at the parking spot close to the main road in the area (as shown on picture) and hike up along the road. It is possible to drive all the way up if the road is cleared, but a 4x4 is highly recommended. If the road is covered in snow, snow shoes or skis are highly recommended for the hourlong approach.
