Cliff closure period typically begins in February or March and runs through July or August. Assume Grey Wall is closed unless otherwise posted here during that time frame.
Getting There
From Center Creek Trail: 40 minutes. Follow Center Creek Trail to Grassy Creek Trail to the River Trail. Follow the black and white trail map closely, paying careful attention to creek crossings. Continue straight past the switchback leading uphill to Prospector Trail. Follow a strong user trail downhill and a fainter but still obvious user trail uphill and along the cliff line. You'll cross two gulleys before reaching Grey Wall. It takes approximately 7 minutes to get there once you pass the switchback.
From Prospector Trail: 35 minutes. Follow Prospector Trail to the River Trail. From the bottom of the switchback trail connecting Prospector and the River Trail, head left (upstream). Follow a strong user trail downhill and a fainter but still obvious user trail uphill and along the cliff line. You'll cross two gulleys before reaching Grey Wall. It takes approximately 7 minutes to get there once you pass the switchback.
