Description

Observation Rock is prominent high point on the lower flanks of Curtis Ridge on Mt. Rainier. The summit provides unique mid-height views towards the Rainier's North walls as well as a broad swathe of Western Washington.

Getting There

Approach is normally made from the Mowich Lake trailhead (open seasonally) via the Spray Park trail. Approaches from White River/Glacier Basin are conceivably possible.
