Description

A boulder worth stopping at for those in the area, or those tired of all the crowds. This boulder is surrounded by crazy rock formations and boulders balanced on top of another. The boulder itself is named after a low rock formation by the boulder's east face. The rock feature resembles a giant leg bone about 15 feet long.

Getting There

Walk as for the Painted Cave area, but keep following the path which leads towards the distant Grouse Mountain. Grouse Mountain appears in between two pillar like rock formations. This is also the way to get to Solitaire. This boulder is on the left and has a niticable dead tree in front of it.
