Description Suggest change

Probably one of the nicest boulders in the Fells. Perched on a rock outcropping is a boulder leaning on its side with a small cave. The rock quality is better than the rest of the park, and the perched condition of the block makes for some tricky starts and hard sits.

Getting There Suggest change

Walk down Half Mile Path from Fellsway West entrance until the intersection with Cross Fells Trail. Take the blue blazed trail (Cross Fells Trail) until you see Slanted Boulder near the top of the outcroppings near the ridge line. Slanted Boulder is perched near the top.
