DescriptionThe mountain you catch a glimpse of while driving west on Rt 302 from Brettion Woods towards Twin Mt.
There is climbing on the Middle Peak and on the North Peak, although by far the Middle Peak has the best climbing.
Getting ThereAbout 5 miles west of Bretton Woods, or about 1 mile East of Twin Mt, on Rt 302 take the Zealand Road (closed in winter) 1 mile to the parking on the right. (WMNF fee $3 or annual or lifetime PASS, or park for free 0.1 mile further on Zealand Road where a logging road makes for a parking space or two.) Cross the river on the road and the trail head is on the right.
GPS Co-ordinates for this area are set for the trailhead.
