Description

The higher of the two Twin Sisters and the high point of the subrange, South Twin seems to be somewhat less often climbed than North Twin.

There are numerous routes, most of which are scrambles.

Getting There

There are a number of approaches, the most common for the West Ridge is via Middle Fork Road, which should be followed until a a turn-off that leads immediately to a gated bridge. From here logging roads can be walked/biked/skied, to the "trailhead." Bringing a map would be highly advisable.
