Alaska > Anchorage & S C… > Anchorage & S Central…

Description

Bellicose Peak is one of the 21 7,000' peaks in Chugach State Park. It's remote nature and brooding demeanor give it a somewhat mysterious reputation.

Getting There

The fastest access is via Eklutna Lake and up the 'Freer's Tears' drainage (at the toe of Eklutna Glacier) to the valley beneath the Bellicose-Benign col.
